The client envisioned a new exotic car showroom within an existing empty warehouse, with the need to incorporate various new programs. The design seeks to evoke a sense of exclusivity, featuring a dedicated vehicle delivery dock in conjunction with a refined lounge area—setting a new benchmark for showroom experiences in the local market. Additionally, a newly proposed structural addition at the rear accommodates office and entertainment spaces, enhancing both operational capacity and client engagement.
