The Lake House project redefines the fine dining and lounge experience by thoughtfully engaging with its unique lakeside setting. Situated on a gently elevated site overlooking the water, the design celebrates the surrounding landscape through spatial choreography and programmatic flow. At the heart of the restaurant is a traditional Omakase bar that offers views of both the lake and an intimate inner courtyard. Adjacent to this is a lounge space that sits closer to the water’s edge. Guests are invited to move seamlessly between the two areas—beginning their experience at the Omakase bar and descending to the lakeside lounge to enjoy a curated selection from the whisky bar. This intentional progression creates a multi-sensory journey that fuses cuisine, atmosphere, and landscape into a singular, elevated experience.
